Your path to Swiss Ablation

1. Contact and documentation
   You can send us your findings, doctor's letters, or diagnoses directly. Our team of doctors will review them confidentially and provide an initial medical assessment within 24 hours.
2. Preliminary video consultation
   Upon request, we will conduct a personal online consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss diagnoses, treatment options, and any open questions in detail.
3. Travel and stay
   We will assist you with visa matters, transfers, and hotel bookings. Our team will personally accompany you during your stay in Zurich.
4. Treatment
   Your therapy will take place in our state-of-the-art center in the heart of Zurich. Many procedures can be performed on an outpatient basis or as part of same-day management.
5. Aftercare and return
   After treatment, you will receive a detailed final medical report with all relevant findings and recommendations. Upon request, we can continue to support you via telemedicine or coordinate directly with your treating physicians in your home country.

Cost and practical aspects

Our International Patient Department will personally assist you with all questions relating to cost coverage and billing. Thanks to our many years of experience in caring for international patients, we work closely with the world's leading insurance companies, including BUPA, Cigna, Allianz, AXA, MSH International, and many more.

Even before your visit, we will help you clarify whether and to what extent your insurance will cover the treatment costs. In most cases, these are covered in full or in part by international health insurance companies.

Of course, all services can also be used on a flat-rate basis if you prefer to pay yourself.

Thanks to clear processes, moderate fixed costs, and our specialized structure, our prices remain transparent, fair, and comprehensible—tailored to your individual medical needs.

On request, we can arrange customized VIP packages with private concierge and butler services—for the highest level of care.

How to proceed

• We like to get to know our patients in advance so that we can provide them with the best possible care when they arrive
• Pre-arrival planning and discussions with the cardiac team are our hallmark
• Contact us first to assess your needs, preferably by emailing us your medical records. One of our specialists will then contact you personally to carry out an initial assessment by telephone or video conference

Practical infos and accomodation

If you arrive by airplane we would be glad to organize your transfer to the city. This is very easy in Zurich. Public transportation is also very simple, safe an clean. Let us know what you require and we will make it happen.

We perform most procedures on an outpatient basis - an inpatient hospitalisation is not necessary from a medical point of view. However, this can be organised individually on request for an additional charge. We recommend an overnight stay in a hotel. In addition to the regular offerings on all major platforms, we recommend following Hotels:
